Food Volunteer
Feed the Beat: Join Our Food Crew
As a Food Volunteer, you’ll be an essential part of the team that helps feed our hardworking band members during practices, performances, and events.
This role includes assisting with meal preparation before performances, serving food, and helping with clean-up, all while ensuring the band stays fueled and ready to perform their best.
Whether you're preparing a quick snack before practice or providing a full meal on competition day, your support allows the students to focus on what they do best—playing their instruments and marching. It’s a rewarding position that directly contributes to the success of the band and creates a positive, supportive environment for all involved.
As an added bonus, you'll have the opportunity to see the kids perform live!
Week #1
Food donation delivery is on Sunday, 7/20, at the Waseca High School kitchen door on the west side of the building from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Each donated food item slot is worth 1 fair share credit.
Snack Prep volunteers are needed Sunday, 7/20, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and will be given instructions upon arrival at the High School kitchen. Each snack prep volunteer time slot is worth 1 fair share credit.
Snack Serving volunteers are needed Monday, 7/21 through Friday, 7/25 from 9:45am to 10:45am, and will be given instructions upon arrival at the High School kitchen. Two serving slots are worth 1 fair share credit.
Week #2
